Gosia Pearce
About
My name is Gosia and I am Yoga Alliance Internationally Accredited 500 Hour Yoga Teacher.
My personal practice ebbs and flows around the intention to grow as a teacher and a
student. My sadhana (daily practice) includes meditation, pranayama (breath
work) and my movement routine fluctuates between Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha.
My subjects include somatic healing, trauma informed yoga, meditation and yoga
philosophy. I love to wave principles of yoga philosophy into all my classes and workshops.
Through creating a warm atmosphere free of judgement and competition I invite students
to investigate their experience and to adapt and evolve their practice according to individual
needs.
Incorporating yoga philosophy as well as trauma sensitive approach for safe and sustainable
practice, I offer progressive levels of engagement that allow people to experience and build
their own authentic yoga practice.

"As yoga teachers, our job is to mirror back the inherent
goodness and inner wisdom of our students. But first, we
have to find it in ourselves"
- Judith Hanson Lasater
