Welcome!
My name is Gosia, I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher, a space holder and a facilitator . With over 750 hours of training , my hope is that I can make a difference in others lives and bring as much freedom and fulfilment as possible.
My personal practice ebbs and flows around the intention to grow as a teacher and a
student. My sadhana (daily practice) includes meditation, pranayama (breath
work) and my movement routine fluctuates between Traditional Tantra , Yin and Hatha.
My passion includes yoga philosophy, somatic healing and meditation.
I whole-heartedly invite you to dive in with me into the vastness of experience yoga has to offer.
Rather than listening to the loud mind, let's tune into the quiet but profound whispers of the heart.
